P-EBT UPDATES
- P-EBT has been distributed to all families with students in Waves 1 and 2 (most students enrolled in SNAP, public assistance, or Medicaid)
- Around 40% in Group 2 (Medicaid-only) have successfully PINned their CBIC cards, statewide. Here are some resources to support those who are or think they are in Group 2:
- Wave 3 (those not receiving any public assistance of any kind) is expected to roll out to NYC over next few weeks, could be September
- State helpline number: 1-833-452-0096, staffed 8:30am-5:00pm - they are more fully staffed now and wait times

MEAL HUBS
We are ensuring that every child and adult in NYC has access to three meals a day through our grab-and-go meal hubs. Meal hubs will be open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 1:30pm across all of NYC. No registration, ID or documentation required. All 3 meals can be picked up at the same time, and caregivers can pick up meals on behalf of their children. To learn the meal hub location nearest to them, families can visit our website, or by texting FOOD or COMIDA to 877-877.

FREE ONLINE TUTORING
Through the New York Public Library, students can receive one-on-one free online homework help from one-on-one tutors, daily from 2–11 PM. Tutors are available in English and Spanish, from early elementary through high school grades, in core subject areas. Video content and other resources are also available 24 hours a day. Families will need to apply for a New York Library Card to access this service.
