Jenna Lempesis holds her MSEd from Hunter College in Early Childhood Education/Special Education and her M.A. in Literacy from Teachers College, Columbia University. After growing up in Massachusetts, she moved to Brooklyn in 2012 and has taught in NYC ever since! She loves teaching, cooking, reading, and writing. As an educator, she is particularly passionate about equity and social justice.

Hi! My name is Jaimie Ruggiero and I am presently a 4th Grade Special Education Teacher. I received my Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood and Childhood Education at SUNY Plattsburgh. I continued my education at Touro College and received my Masters of Science in Childhood Special Education. I have worked as a classroom teacher at PS 111 Adolph S Ochs since 2011 and have taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade. I currently live on Long Island in Nesconset, NY with my small but growing family. My teaching philosophy is that learning never stops. I believe this to be true of all of my students as well as myself.

She grew up in New Jersey just on the outskirts of NYC, and now lives in Manhattan. She loves gardening, traveling, art, and baking. She hopes to instill a love of learning and a sense of curiosity in her students.
